Bad move, I know...I passed out on the bathroom floor... apart from paracetemol, which doesn't work for me, what painkillers can I take with my seroquel (quentiapine)?

I can find no drug-to-drug interactions between straight (no codeine) paracetemol and Seroquel. In fact it's okay to take any non-narcotic analgesic/painkiller with Seroquel. Ibuprofen or aspirin should pose no problem either. As for passing out, one of Seroquel's common side effects is temporaryhypotension (low blood pressure) which could have been the cause of you hitting the floor like that! zuzu xx |
