dermafibroma i have looked for information on this everywhere and can't find anything but this is what my doctor said that my biopsy came back as just can't find anything just wondering if anyone has heard of it before :confused:

my latest biopsy came back and it was called DERMATOFIBROMAS and I found it on a search on the internet. Begine (PTL).

Since I already am a melanoma patient, and go for checks with oncologists every three months, each strange thing that presents itself on me gets biopsied. I was sooo relieved this latest was not anything to concern myself with.

I had something called DFSP.....dermafibrosarcoma protuberans. I couldn't find alot on it.

I was just diagnosed with Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans and I have to have surgery. Do you mind me asking you what kind of surgery you had to remove yours? I'm having a battle with my Dr. right now on what kind of surgery to have.
