I have been taking Yasmine for only a few days....

After all the negative things I have been reading about it, I am not quite sure I want to keep taking, despite what I have read, I am just going to see if all these side affects affect me, or which ones do.

I have been taking BC for 5 days now, and I thought I was getting sick before I started taking it, but now I am so tired and feel a bit nausiated. Also I am sooo thirsty all the time now. Should I assume that its yasmine already? Or probably something else? Or it might be one of those things that only time may tell...

Another thing... for the first time in a while, I am sore from working out! This is really strange for me, and its even stranger that it's my abs because my abs are constantly worked out, and they are never sore even when I do my toughest ab work outs. Anyone ever heard of this as a side effect?

Advice needed-

The thirstiness could be the pill, certainly. Since Yasmin is meant to increase the amount of water passed. As for the sore abs, I sincerely doubt there is any correlation between them and the pill.

There is no way to predict which women will get which side effects on which pill. It's a trial and error sort of situation.
