Hi,

My husband told me this morning that I woke him up in the middle of the night last night. He said that my legs were moving real fast like I was trying to run, he said it went on for about 20 minutes, he just kept staring at me in disbelief.

Then he said that I had stopped and all of a sudden I did a flip from my back to my stomach.

Now I have woken myself up to flipping before and this is not just a little turn in bed. I flip from my back to stomach or vice versa. When I flipped last night he told me that I sent him airborne in bed.

Is this something to be concerned about and if someone can help me into letting me know what it could be?
