Does eating celery and peanut butter kill the antioxidants in the celery chemically? Does it make a difference in the nutricion of the celery if you eat it alone?

Celery doesn't really have any nutritional value and doesn't have any antioxidants. The reason people mostly eat celery is because it has negligible calories and can sort of fill you up without having many cals at all. Putting peanut butter on that kinda defeats the purpose that way, but it doesn't kill any antioxidents or nutrients in the celery because there aren't really any!

The celery has lots of fiber, so it helps to balance out the peanut butter. Heck, why not add raisins as well. Low-fat cream cheese is good on celery too.

Mmmm, I love celery and peanut butter. I also love having dipping my celery in homemade egg salad. It is a delish low-cal lunch idea. It is high in protein and fibre!
