well i have this pain in my penis whcih started about 30 minuts ago, it hurts when i touch a area of the penis and this pain starts shooting out? Does anyone kno what could this be?? Could it be an STD, even though i havent had sex yet but frequently masturbate? Does this sort of pain go away on its own or what, should i stop masturbating for afew days and see how it goes? thanks
