Hi Lisa. It's been a few days since I've been here, and was glad to see some new posts. I have had FM for more than 10 yrs, and a recent diagnosis of CFS. Welcome to the club. I enjoy coming here and reading other people's posts and writing some too. It helps to know that there are many others feeling the way I do. Sometimes if I'm down, it helps. And if I can answer someones question or help in any way, I feel good. So...hope to be seeing you here again. Linda
