I am 1* and for the last few weeks when I finger myself, about 7-8cm inside i can feel a big round lump on the left side of my vagina, a bit smaller than the size of a golf ball. Also about a month ago I had symptoms of an ovarian cyst but after about 5 days the pain went away. Is this related to what I have now? Is it a vaginal cyst?

And also today I got my period, which means it's 1 1/2 weeks early. I have had my period for 5 years and its never early. Is this related to a cyst? Also it is fairly light and my period is always SO heavy that I have to wear those super nighttime pads all day, but now i only have to use the regular. This is very weird for me, and I also get the most horrible period pains, but this time it's only half as bad... Please help!

Yes, it could be a vaginal cyst. You really should have this evaluated by a Gynecologist, Sarah. You don't want to risk infection. As for your period being early, that wouldn't have anything to do with a vaginal cyst but could be due to stress or many other factors.
