I need to know symptoms please. I have read through some of the post and they seem to relate to mine except for some that are not mentioned. I am extrememly tired in the afternoon. At work if I need to get something done you better give it to me in the morning because it is not happening in the afternoon because I am too tired. I have a tough time getting up in the morning too. I also suffer from chest pain, shortness of breath and neck pain..which I believe is due to swollen glands. They are constantly stabbing at my neck. The more tired that I get the worse it becomes..I have alot of soreness in my face as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

chest pain and shortness of breath sound like heart problems. Have you seen a DR.? Better go get checked out on this one.
