I have been diagnosed with Epstein Barr last year. Last year was pretty miserable. I have never recovered full strength. My doctor is leaning toward Chronic Fatigue. Recently it was suggested that I may have a sleep apnea problem as I just started heavy snoring in the past year and my blood pressure has been out of control. This past few weeks we have noticed that my left eye is blood shot first thing in the morning (lot of red veins). I have not yet brought the subject of sleep apnea up to my doctor yet. Will see him Monday and have that discussion. My question is- do my blood shot eyes fit with sleep apnea problems or is this just an unrelated occurence? Thanks.

I'm not sure about the bloodshot eyes, but sleep apnea and chronic fatigue are symptoms of a thyroid disorder. Did your Dr. check your thyroid?
