Hi,

I had the regular flu three weeks ago and I got all the regular symptoms and on time-- achy, headache, weak, loss of appetite, fever. I get it every year but this year for some reason it is not going away. I have got some of my strenght back, but I still feel weak, I have a loss of appetite and my head feels sort of in a dazed feeling. It has gotton a lot better then the first weak- 75% better. but I still have that 25% left that I can't seem to recover and get back to my normal self. Does it sometimes take more than three weeks to recover from the flu? please any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I've heard of people having this flu for months. They seem to get better then are sick again. You might want to be taking some vitamins and minerals if you don't already, to keep your reserves up while you go through this. Of course check with your Dr. to see if that is all it is.
