i have a question, have any of you had sore breasts while on depo? Mine hurt, they have never hurt with the depo before. It is deep and it feels like there is pressure, i never get sore breasts even with my period or anything, they are also very, very sensitive to cold. I have also been really tired, amd really thirsty even though I am drinking alot of water (at least 100 oz a day), I am on the atkins diet so I have to drink water. Will drinking alot of water reduce the effectivness of the Depo. Also will taking alleregy medicine specifically Alegra effect it, any imput would help, thanks!

Allegra and water will not decrease the effectiveness of Depo.

Sore breast is a side effect of Depo, too.
