Does OCD make you feel unreal sometimes and also make you crack your jaw all the time. And also make yuou have dizy spells?

That sounds more like panic disorder. I'd research it along with unexpected panic attacks.

I have ocd, my jaw cracks like crazy and sometimes i get into metaphysical quandries in which i feel very unreal. haha i dunno though it might just be the anxiety associated with ocd, thats not really when im obsessing about germs or anything.
