Yes I burnt my hand with an Iron. I was just wondering if there were any tips on making it heal fast and possibly minimizing the chance of a scar with items around the house. I've been putting vitamin E on it as for now.

Wash it thoroughly but gently with plain old soap and water. Apply triple antibiotic ointment and cover it loosely with clean gauze.
