I have had mono/cfs for 2years and my triglyceride reading have been between 500 and 900 for the last 1.5years. (normal triglcerides are under 150). My total cholesterol,HDL and LDL are all pretty good. I eat fairly healthy, and have a fat percentage of 17%( which is ok for a guy). Im a little heavy but a lot of it is leftover muscle from when I use to work out ( I cant work out now because I get headaches) Even though I cannot work out now my triglycerides should not be so high! ( I walk for excersise now ) Does anyone know what is happening to me? (also, I am only 24 years old)
If anyone has any information I would be very happy to hear from you. thank you
Also, I continue to have very slight liver damage which continues to show in slightly elevated AST, ALT, TTT, and sometimes LDH levels.
