Good Morning Everyone,

Can someone tell me if weight has anything to do with Kidney Stones? I gained a lot of weight after having my son and it has been the hardest weight to get off. I was always a small person before having my son and now I am pretty healthy. I never experienced any kidney stone problems before this weight gain. It also doesn't run in my family. I am just really confused about a lot this!!! I am also very constipated.

Yes, weight can be a factor if you are very overweight. My doctor told me if I lost weight, that my stones wouldn't form as much. I don't know why, but it is.

Have you went and seen a urologist yet? If not I suggest you go and get this checked out.
