I don't have much time in the morning to sit down and eat a large breakfast like I'd like to. So, I'm usually eating pop tarts in the car on the way to work. I know they aren't that healthy, and I want to find something different to try. Does anyone have any good ideas about healthy foods that I can eat while driving? I.E. not messy, can be eating with one hand...etc.... Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I am the same way so I eat in the car. A high fiber cereal with nuts added in is good to munch on dry. Try Frosted (or regular) Mini wheats, Life or Cheerios. For the highest fiber the mini-wheats top the list.

Special K Waffles. You just toast em and roll. They are good plain or if you have a little time put some low sugar syrup or jam or cottage cheese or ff cream cheese or low fat peanut butter..... pretty much anything you like that will stick and then you can still eat it with one hand in the car. :)

hard boiled eggs or egg whites, you can prepare them in advance or a smoothie.
