hiya i am new here, i am 17 and have had ME/CFS for 6 years, and been bedbound for 6 months. Do any of you know what its like not to have sat up for 6 months or to have stayed in any other room for more than a few mins? At the moment my only activty is a tiny bit of TV and building a website for people with severe ME.

Also i thought i would share some advice with you, the best thing i have ever done is join AYME (http://www.ayme.org.uk) its only open to those in the uk and under 26 though but the sites good for info.

Thank you for the info. It is a bear to stay in bed when your mind is willing to get out. My husband and I have FMS and CFS and our 18 year old FMS.

It is great to hear that you are doing a web site.
