Hi,
New to posting here at this forum but not to CFS. After several rounds of routine labs and several more 'exotic' labs following years of these symptoms, my doctor diagnosed me officially(makes me laugh almost)with CFS. I say that about the laugh because it took him so long to even consider the possibility. All of the labs came back okay except the thyroid which indicated, Hashimotos Hypothyroid for which I take Synthroid and I am re-tested every 6 months.

While I have every major symptom and many of the minor ones, the swollen lymphs/sore throat/and muscle pain come in a triad. Never just one. This condition is even more debilitating and exhausting. During this time, I am either very cold or flushed(no perspiring)especially during the night. No fever. NOTHING I do helps...can anyone relate to this and what do you do for relief?
Thank you.

Yes. Do some research on synthroid. Would be better for you to take Armour thyroid. There are no negative side effects. Call Chisolm Biological Laboratory @ 803/663-9618 and ask for their multi antigen specific transfer factor for cfs. It is expensive, but very effective! Take it with BetaMax 500. Also, get labs done PCR testing to see if you have mycoplasma. 70% of cfs/fm have it. It can be kicked with longterm antibiotics. Stay off all sugar!!! and anything with sugar. It feeds the virus. Also, protease breaks down the outer cell of EBV so the immune system can get to it. write back if you need more help.
