can anyone tell me if a lazy eye has the following symptoms.
a constant swollen eye lid, which feels heavy and distorts the vision by making it very blurred.
a pupil that does not dilate,
dark vision.
feels uncomfy 24/7 365 days a year. Worse on dull days.

Hi JDN, A "lazy eye" in medical terms is called amblyopia (sp?). I have a lazy eye, and only symptoms I have are poor vision (20/400) and the eye crosses when tired or looking at certain angles. This lazy eye would cause no pain, swelling,or blurring, as you indicated. HAve you seen your dr? May be an infection, stye, or something along those lines. You should get it checked out by your dr.

Yes seen eye dr's but they don't seem to know what it is, just that my eye is lazy. I have a constant pain it in, feels as if my eyelid is drooping too.

Hi I don't know all your other symptoms, but have seen some of your other posts. I would maybe try another eye dr (opthalmologist) and get a good thorough exam.
Maybe a new perspective would help???
