I spent most of my morning wondering did I or didn't I take my Lexapro today?
I took the advice of woodfarey and got a pill box. Mid way through the morning I could tell I did take it but boy I didn't know what to do? Take more, call the Dr. Skip it all together. Has this happened to anyone out there? :wave:

happens a lot, so rely on the pillbox you need 1 with 7 compartments labeled with the days of the week

Yes, I freak out remembering if I took it, if I didn't, if I took it twice, if I took it the day before......
