Toe spasms are happening again.When I first injured occasionally my second to would cramp,and distort.The bones would actually push and deform.That hasn't happened in awhile but it began doing it to me last night.Has anyone ever had this happen?It's an issue I've never remembered to bring up to the doc because it's seems to happen weeks away from an appointment and other issues are more on focus.And it seems doctors have a way of bringing a discussion in a different direction and throw my concentration off of what I'd like to discuss.
