I was not sure where to post this so I decided to post it here. I broke my nose on Sunday night in an accident, not bad enough to splint or anything, they just left it alone, but discovered a hole in my septum upon further examination.

My Doctor has referred me to an ENT Dr Tuesday and I am freaked that I may end up having surgery. Has anyone else had this situation?

I have never used cocaine, which I understand can do this. I never knew it was there really, but now that I look up my nose I can see it clearly. It's huge!
