My Dr. keeps recommending this book and I finally found it today.
He said it was the best book out there on Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Agoraphobia.
Curious if anyone has read it and had luck OR what you thought of it.
I am starting it today.

Hi Bell99 - If it is the book written by Dr. Claire Weekes, I have read it , I love it, found much help from it and also from her book "Hope & help for your Nerves". I actually thought Hope & Help for your nerves was more useful for GAD, but not so much on agorophobia in that one. Good luck! Let me know what you think - Marirose

I LOVED these two books, mostly Hope and Help for Your Nerves. It helped me through some of my worst anxiety, because I could relate to so much of it.

Is it still helping you guys?
Where are you at now with Anxiety?
I have GAD, Agoraphobia and some slight OCD.
I finally broke down to get help and the Dr. said this book is fantastic.

Hope and Help for Your Nerves is a very good book. You can tell that she has dealt with many people who have GAD and has treated them. I like her idea of riding out the symptoms and not letting them take control of you.
