how long will it take me to burn fat and lose my stomach if i excercise 5 days a week for 45 minutes and do crunches? another question i had to ask is it good to eat breakfast then go to sleep for 2 1/2 hours? will it make it much harder to lose weight or will the weight just shead off being that am excerising almost everyday. I had another question, can i still eat what i what or do i need to alter my food intake. I tried to watch what i eat like limiting 2 plates to one plate but during the day or late at night i end up so hungry and this hunger makings me start eating unhealthy because my body just has to have it. :eek

Excersing will help you lose pounds and inches...but, you need to eat healthy in order for all your hard work to pay off. Breakfast is very very important. Eating a hearty breakfast will keep your metabolism going and give you energy for the rest of your day. You should not cut out the number of times you eat a day. It's actually more healthy to eat at least 5-6 times a day. This doesn't mean 5-6 meals...but 3 meals and healthy snacks in between. Here's a quote I read that really helps keep how big my meals should be a day. Eat like a king for breakfast, eat like a queen for lunch, and eat like a peasant for dinner. If you eat a good breakfast and a decent lunch w/ healthy snacks inbetween(like some veggies and a yogurt) then I think you'll have a lot more energy and not be as hungry come dinner. But, you have to train yourself to follow healthy eating. It's not super easy to begin w/ if you're used to eating your meals in different orders. Just be patient and it will all pay off.
