Hi,
I've had some sinus problems on and off for over a year now, and recenlty was told to clean out my sinuses with salt water spray 3 times a day, then to blow my nose, when I do this blood comes out, is this normal?

yes this is totally normal, but it can also be a sign of infection so you might want to see the doctor.

thanks sneezydiva, ya I think I will make a doc appointment since I'm suppposed to be getting on an airplane on thurs, just to make sure things wont get worse from flying.
