Hi all, I would like to know if this is PSVT or something else!
It was when I was 15 when i first remember an accelerated heart rate.
I was a very fit person, play soccer everyday for atleast 3 hours, I also drank lots of Caffeinated drinks. During periods of rest or minimal exertion for no apparent reason or warning I would notice my heart and it felt like it was beating 200 bpm (Not sure exactly how fast!) I would feel a little out of breathe and maybe a little worried, I would sit and let it pass, only goes on for a maximum of 10 mins. I used to get these episodes more frequent around that age! At 17 I dont recall any episodes now 21 I had one episode last november for 20 minutes! I have never been to a DR for it, My question is (Does this sound like PSVT, or something else)?

Last month I went to a cardio for a stress test, echo, and 24 hour monitor, all was good apart from an ectopic beat during the exercise test, told him about my episodes but he wasn't too worried, he said next time I have it I should rush to hospital to catch it on ECG, I get these episodes very rarely but im still anxious about it even since last november.
Any advice will be very much appreciated!
