:confused: I have had FM for eleven years but I can no longer straighten my arms or lift anything because of pain in my elbows, also I feel as if someone has hit the tops of my feet with a baseball bat. Does anyone else suffer with this.

i have alot of pain in my elbows..infact this was the first symptom..i can i thought i had layed awkwardly.....got to the stage where just a small brush up against my elbow was very painfull...felt like they were swollen but they werent..also shooting pains coming from elbow.....i have pain various places....knees, hips, wrists, fingers....and yes feet ..does it feel like somehas trodden on them...not toes (even though i have had pain here) but on the arch..thought maybe i have tied my boot laces too tight at first. Strange horrible thing this...sorry u r in pain..i am feeling quite a bit better at the moment ...doc has put me on epillim seems to have helped. gentel swimming has help me too...even though it hurts it does help the stiffness. take care x
