Most of the time they just seem to come out of nowhere. If have to go shopping or something at the grocery or Wal-Mart I can surley count on one after the fact. I have been able to learn my pattern of thought and can almost predict (after the fact) what made it come on. Overthinking and irrational thoughts running through my head all day, if I could just control those, then I may be alright! Panic/anxiety also stricks if I am doing something I don't really want to do.

Mine wake me up out of sleep in the morning. What a way to start the day. I finally went on Zoloft last Tuesday because I can't live like this and all Xanax does is knock me out.

Mostly happens for me out of the blue but it usually starts with some kind of pain/twitch that I don't recognize. Then I start to sweat a little bit. I can usually control it before it gets to be a full blown episode, but it leaves me feeling very loopy. Just walking around in a daze all day long. Happening for no apparent reason is what causes more anxiety in opinion. It would be easier to accept if I knew it was because I was nervous about speaking in public, or worried about the health of a relative. But when you can't pinpoint a particular external cause, that is when the mind starts to wander. And you know what happens next.

I know what you mean Sir Real. My head will do something funny, or my eyesight will do somwthing weird, or I'll get a weird feeling and I begin to panic and have anxiety were I feel fuzzy for the rest of the day. It is very hard when you can not pinpoint were these feelings or sensations are coming from. Then comes the panic because we don't understnad it I guess.

If I'm uncertain about a situation or what I'm supposed to be doing or where something is, I may panic.
Certain social situations will make me panic, such as today when I called about a job vacancy I kept panicking and couldn't make the call for a day lol.
Being late will make me anxious and panicky, or feeling under time pressure.
But the main one - anything to do with vomiting will make me panic.

tigger, i can definitely relate the fuzzy feeling you talk about. Another habit that I have is getting up in the morning and immediately analyzing how I feel. If I feel OK, the day will usually go OK for me. But if I wake up tired, or with a headache, or just with a general feeling of "fuzz", it's very hard to turn that around throughout the day.

My panic attacks never come in the morning. I usually get them out of the blue in the evening time or early afternoon. I think some may be triggered by certain things such as traveling or the unknown. But usually they are always out of the blue, my body just starts acting up and it goes from there.
