SEREDYN is suppose to be a "natural" supplement that helps to 'relieve' anxiety. Has anyone tried it?

It's ingredients are: amino acid l-theanine, Valerian extract and Passion Flower extract.

I looked into them both. If you read the info, it says that Seredyn is for mild to moderate anxiety or something like that. Also, I remember it saying on its website something about taking them both together for a better effect or something. I am not sure though so please look at it yourselves.

I've used Seredyn. I have moderate to severe anxiety--general and social--and it seems to work, though not as much when it's very severe. Haven't tried Amoryn with it, though. But I have had positive results.
