How do i find the # to my local social security office? I have looked in the phone book and only find the 1-800 # it has a local address but the # is still the same 1-800 # when i call they no nothing and are so behind thay don't even have my decision in the computer. How do i get the local # thanks

Go to http://socialsecurity.gov/onlineservices/ On the left side of screen it says Field Office Locator, type in your zip code. Good luck.

Check and see if u still have your claim paper's from when u first filed...They should of wrote the local number on the paper...Ralinda
