I have gone through several throwing up episodes for no reason over the past few years with no reason found...and almost all the time i feel nauseated..right now I am going through a period where I am and when I eat it makes it even worse..what could cause this...surely someone can't have the flu this long or this often.

I have been tested for slow gastric emptying also. It was ok the last time but I still have nausea. In March, I got the flu and seems like my stomach hasn't been the same since. I wonder if the virus damaged my intestines. Now, I want another test to see if anything has been altered since the flue and my dr doesn't think so. I wish I could just go to a lab and order one for myself but I know that is not how it works. I will have to find another dr to order it. Did you symptoms start with the flu? I did have something kind of greasy today at lunch and right now I am feeling sick. I used to eat it before and it didn't bother me. Are you going to a dr?
Hope you get better. It's not easy to deal with is it.

There could be many causes for your feeling nauseated. Some are ulcer, gastritis, gastroparesis, H. Pylori bacteria, Gallbladder problems, even an intestinal blockage can cause vomiting. An endoscopy would be the best to diagnose any stomach problems.
