I am exclusively nursing my 8 month old- she won't eat any solids yet so she is totally dependant on me. I also work out about 5 days a week. A typical workout is the elliptical trainer for 60 min or power walking 5-7 miles. How many calories would you think I burn in a day? I lost the 20 pounds I gained during pregnancy plus 20 more and am happy with my weight and want to maintain.

Depends on your height, age, and weight. :)

I just checked for you...an hour of intense cardio(like the eliptical) for your stats is between 400-417calories. I'm not sure what you were asking about when you said that your breast feeding and all that. I think you need 500 more calories a day for that, but I'm sure your aware. Good job on the weight loss! ;)
