I have good days and bad days, but now mostly good days...I find if I don't get enough sleep or exercise, or don't eat right, then I might be more prone to having a bad day...Does Klonopin 3x a day make you really tired??? It would me, I hardly ever take it cause it maketh me very groggy...Were you feeling fine before with the Lexapro, or just "so-so?" Maybe you need a different med or adjust the dosage. Also, 3 months is not very long--I can tell you I started Paxil in June and not until December did I feel like I had "evened out" pretty well. So you may wanna hang in there a little longer if you can...but don't make yourself miserable in the process!!!! I hope you get better soon!!! Jitterygal

if the lexapro is working you dont need that much klonapin, I would slowly come off it with docs OK and see exactly how much help the lexapro is giving you with your anxiety, the K might be causing the lightheadedness, otherwise anxiety is a common cause of lightheadedness, but there are others
look up lightheadedness on the net

Don't drive yourself crazy searching lightheadedness on the web. I absolutely agree with ruling out other causes, but if you're not careful, the net will convince you that you have something horrible. Been there, done that (again and again).

Ditto with what SirReal said - don't even go there. I had some strange experiences with Lexapro and stopped taking it. I would get flashers / vision problems and headaches. I get lightheadedness all the time so I can't really attribute it to any one thing. If these effects continue, you might want to try another med.
