View Full Version : Repetitious Wrist Shoulder Movement Wrap?

I do a lot of packaging of items for shipping every day and the movement of using the tape roll dispenser over the box is so repetitious that my wrist, arm between wrist and elbow, and my shoulder hurt all of the time.

I injured my arm in a car accident 15 years ago and it's been sensitive to tennis elbow ever since. That's what the pain feels like, but it includes my shoulder in the front side of the joint. It doesn't bother me if I give it rest from packaging but that's 1/3 of my self-employed business. The more my business grows the worse it gets.

Do you think wrapping it will help? What do I need to get to wrap it? And where does it need wrapped or supported? is there an exercise I can do that will help it?
