I'm new to the board and quite embarassed of my problem. I suffer from an eating disorder of almost 10 years. In the past I have always been a binger and purger with laxatives but now am just binging and not using the laxatives. Needless to say I am gaining weight but just can't stop. I stopped using the laxatives for fear what it was doing to my body. (i know this is crazy because I am still doing damage). Any suggestions? :o

Dont know what to suggest but I also am a binger but do not purge. Have once or twice...but not my thing. Im not sure what to do either. I work out 5 times a week but im 5'6 and weigh 233. Better than the 275 I was a couple years ago but I am so far from my goal and cant stop eating.

It's so hard. The more I want to lose weight the more I eat. It's such a viscious cycle. I say every night that i'm going to start fresh tomorrow but then it never happens. I do good in the mornings and afternoons, it's when i get home. By then i'm so hungary I eat everything.

binging is the absolute worse! I hate that feeling.. the feeling right before, the feeling during, and especially the feeling afterwards. Have you thought about professional help?? Binge eating is an eating disorder just like bulmia and anorexia but people think its not as bad, its just weakness. But as you know, the urge to binge can be uncontrollable no matter what u do. Does anyone knwo of any good programs?
