Hi,
I'm 27 years old and for at least the past year I've had recurring cold-like symptoms (mild fever, sneezing, vagueness etc.). I get the colds at roughly weekly intervals and the symptoms persist for about 24 hours with each episode. Does anybody out there have any ideas about what this could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Damian

Hi Aussie, your probably not getting enough
Vitamins and fruit. They say the most important meal of the day is breakfast, break out the Raisan Bran, or other Bran cereals and dig in. If you don't like cereals that much try fruits, egg omelettes,
peanut butter sandwich with a tall glass of orange juice. Also try and read Squiggle's
post of I just can't get better.
