i found 4 pimples down there. they r not in the lips of my vagina but in the hair on the outside of my vagina.way could it be?

Could really be pimples. Could be something else. If you are concerned, try going to a dr or clinic while they are still around and ask for a culture of the pimples.

They could be an ingrown hair. Is there a hair coming through the "pimple?"
