Hi, my doc said I have post nasal drip, its been going on for about 3 months. At the back of my throat I have white thick phlegm, and constantly swallow with a lumpy feeling in my throat. Is this post nasal drip? I dont have an allergies and if I did wouldnt I have itchy eyes etc? I dont know why this has suddenly happened, I havent been ill. Its frustrating. Any experts out there? Thanks.

Well, Cinderella, my guess is that you have an infection (bacterial or fungal) in your nose. This is causing all the dripping down the back of your throat. Time to go to the doctor and get it dealt with.

thats the same with me. just out of no where,if there's post nasal drip;you'll hardly sneeze cause your nasal passage is clogged and allergis occor for different resons but des the same thing!so pay attiention to the syptoms you do have, increase your water intake and drink somthing warm a couple times a day and lay of dairy;they increase mucus.i'll pray for you
