My daughter gets colds and ear infections often, so I took her to an ear nose and throat specialist. The Doc said "if anyone is smoking around her they need to stop--it is helping cause these constant colds, etc." WELL--my ex and his wife are the only ones who smoke around my daughter; and still do. She just had a bronchial/bronchitis infection, and now it turned into pneumonia. I wanted to know if anyone can tell me if this is from the second hand smoke, and also if going outside when you have a broncitis infection leads to pneumonia? THANKS SO MUCH!!

I can't give you an answer to your question for I"m not a doctor but I do know that second hand smoke can cause a lot of problems and every person's immune system is different-if you want more concerte answers ask your daughters doctor and maybe also take your ex along so he will also know that the smoking is causing problems.
God Bless.
God Bless.
