PEANUTS

I am a smoker. I know, I know, anyway,I have been getting bouts of head and nasal allergies/bronchitis about every 3 months. I start out with a harsh, productive cough, which leads to chest congestion, nasal drainage, sore throat and pain in lymph nodes and ears. The doctor will usually give me one round of antibiotics, which never clears it up,then an allergy med.,which does nothing. It usually takes at least 2 rounds of antibiotics to clear it up and sometimes prednisone.Three to four months later, I,ll get it again and it takes 4-6 weeks to get rid of it.Any idea how to boost my immune system so I won,t get this as often?

hate to say it but number one, but most hardest thing to do is to STOP SMOKING---I used to be a smoker and used to get bronchatitis all the time from it-I'm 21 years old and my docs thought I was getting chronic bronchitits already-so very scarey-I finally had to give up smoking becasue of more major medical problems, but I can tell you it's not fun to be on life support and not able to breath on your own-I still miss the cigs after more than two years, but I enjoy breathing much better(my major health problems wasn't from smoking, but I'm sure that didn't help matters any)
God Bless.
God Bless.
