I constantly get stomach or intestinal viruses. This has been going on now for over 2 years. I get rid of one and then quickly another comes. I am not under any kind of stress. I have been to many doctors who take tests of all sorts but find nothing wrong...I went to an alternative med doc and he tells me my immune system is weak but all he gives me is herbs/alternative products that i waste my money on. I have tried so many products that just sit on my shelf. If it is a weak immune system what can i do? I already take loads of vitamins especially A, C, and E. And i eat well....I just want to give up...i just feel like i am struggling to survive every day...

I might be wrong, but go to a library or book store and look for books on "natural remedies" or "supermarket cures". Dr. Cass I belive has a book like that. Anyways, look under Garlic and Onions for natural cures. You might want to add Garlic to your diet in the form of soups or whatever. It kills fungal, bacterial, and I believe even viral problems in the body. Whether or not this will help your situation is unknown, but you can't really lose. See about getting some more information about it or looking it up on the internet.

I know exercise helps the immune system be stronger.

Yes, garlic is an excellent antiviral and bacterial agent. If taken as a supplement, it must have allicin in it.

You may also want to try olive leaf extract. This is a proven killer of infections, viruses, and an energy booster. It must have a high percentage of oleupurin to be effective (15% to 20%).

Excercising daily helps to boost your immune system and increases your energy level. Running/Walking 30 minutes per day outside or on a machine is best.

Drink lots of filtered or bottled water. Forget the sodas and carbonated beverages. Cut way back on alcohol. As a minimum, drink half your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 160 lbs., you are to drink a minimum of 80 ozs of water per day spread out through the day. Water flushes toxins out of our bodies and keeps up well hydrated. Coffee, tea, & juices are not substitutes for pure water. Caffeine acts as a diuretic and dehydrates you. Just what works for me.
