First off, why haven't you eaten? What's going on?

To be completely honest, at first I was trying to loose wait, then I started drinking coffee, now I can’t stop with the coffee and I am not ever hungry, what’s wrong with me? And why has my body changed like this?Is this healthy?

No, it is not healthy, as I think you probably know. You really need to try to eat something whether you are hungry or not, and gradually build it up so you are eating healthily. Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water because coffee will dehydrate you.

I agree with the previous poster, caffeine will dehydrate you. Your body needs plenty of good fluids, mostly water. Also, for your appetite, you might want to try taking a multi-vitamin. Vitamins usually will make you hungry. I've also heard that zinc is a good appetite stimulant. BTW, starving yourself will not help you to lose weight in the long run. All it does is slow your metabolism, and when you do eat, your body is so starved for food and nutrients that it holds onto to every bit of calories and fat you give it. In the end, you'll gain weight. It would be best to try and eat at least three times a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hope I helped. :)

Hey there
You definitely need to get some nutrients into your body. Coffee is just going to dehydrate you (as several people have said) and the caffeine isn't overly healthy, especially on an empty stomach. I know that I went on a spree of not being hungry before the ED even hit. But what worked for me was instant breakfast and milk. I also added some protein powder and stuff like that. It's good for you and easy to deal with when you aren't hungry. Also, the small meals idea is a good one too. You have to build up your stomach, it's probably shrunk.

Hang in there
