How do I know if I have dry eyes? Im not exactly sure how I could tell. For a couple of months, I've been experiencing headaches around my eye area as if I were straining. Could I have dry eyes? Even when I have my eyes closed, I still feel like I have contacts in. It feels like Im straining but Im not.
