I had a ct scan done with contrast, it showed dilated ureters, but no masses, or blockages or stones were shown. Doc does not know why they are dilated, except maybe an infection. She took some blood work(waiting on results) also a lymph node was found near the same area. Does anyone know about dilated ureters and what would cause this? I am worried

Dilated ureters are usually due to an obstruction. Upstream from the obstruction, the urine keeps coming in, but because it can't get through as easily, the ureter starts to stretch.

When you say a lymph node was "found" in the area, what do you mean by that? Was the node enlarged?

Why did you have the CT scan in the first place?

I had the scan cause of constipation issues, things felt stuck. Was told I have inflamation of stomach(gasrtitis) enlarged lymph node in back above belly button. I dont have trouble urinating. nothing was seen that was abnormal in ureter.
