I know I just started another topic, but I can immediately feel my eyes get much dryer when I look at a computer screen.

Does anyone know how to avoid this. other than NOT using the computer? My eyes always feel better on weekends, when I am not at work on the computer. I can't very well quit my job....

When using the computer many people don't take the time to blink. Your eyes do need to have a break. So after 30 min. or so sit back and look around and blink. Do that frequently during the day you will notice a diffrence and aslo you can use some over the counter rewetting drops. You don't have to quit your job over it :)
