there is an epidemic of the flu going around in my city. I think I have it but what I have read isn't exactly the symptoms I have. My symptoms are stomach and lower back pain. I had a bit of a stuffed up nose a few days ago and have had some headaches. So if anyone knows what this is or could be, help would be greatly appreciated =)

With flu you will always run a fever over 100°F.
There is general body aching and usually considerable coughing as the lungs are the primary flu target.

Without a high fever, you can pretty much dismiss the flu.

go see the doctor could be anything nothing to worry about though
