I really want to lose about 10 lbs. I just want to know what your guys/girls are eating that are trying to lose weight. Just looking to get some menu ideas. I'm sick of eating the same old stuff for lunch. What are the best fruits AND veggies for losing weight? What about snacks? I have a sweet tooth and a salty tooth for snacks lol. Thanks in advance for all your help!

Peanut Butter Salad? (lettuce, pb, anyother veggies you like) Perhaps it would break your salt cravings. Also, soups are wonderfully filling. Veggie Broth is devine.

HI,
It took me 10 days to loose 6 pounds. I ate lots of lean protein, veggies, salads, water and ate healthy snacks. I stay away from sugar but if I need some sugar I will have Splenda. I also exercise 5 days a week and do cardio and lift weights.

Good Luck!

I don't have much of a sweet tooth and i don't really like salty things...but we all crave it sometimes. So, what i do to fulfull my cravings are to replace icecream w/ yogurt and what i do love are the 100 calorie snacks that are out now. They're not high in carbs, no trans fat, and don't have many calories and they fulfill your snack cravings. They have all different kinds out so there are many to choose from. It takes time to curb your cravings away from the junk food, but be patient and take your time and just substitute things like icecream and chips w/ things like yogurt and peanut butter. My fav. yogurt is yoplait light...Strawberry/banana and peach. Also..I'm a huge peanut butter fan which also contains protein. If you're like me and you don't get enough protein or calcium in your day, then these two things will help.
