I have dark circles under my eyes and dark lines in my face ( on cheek areas ).

I do not smoke, and drink only occasionally.

*What causes this? Poor diet? Lack of water/hydration? Lack of /bad sleep patterns?

*What can be done about it ( including any obvious solutions ) ?
