The doctors say i have allergy sinus but haven't found out what the allergy is yet but is it normal to have attaches with sinus were you feel your body is aching soo much and that you feel tired and run down and having a huge headache that dosen't go away with ibuprofen? I have had them before cause my nose feels congested then a few days later its okay then i get a cough and then a bad taste in my throat and then i wake up feeling sore and by the afternoon i all of a sudden feel sore all over, have a huge headache and feel really cold. Has anyone experienced this before? i'm still waiting to get into a specialist so i'm still don't know whats causing it. any help would be good.

Thanks

Sounds like an infection to me...with being cold and the body aches. And it could have come on as a result of allergies messing up your sinuses....

I have been feeling the same way. I have been on two antibiotics in the past 3 months. I start out feeling tired, the next day I will have a slight sore throat with a weird taste in my mouth, then I will just feel completely exhausted with no energy. I usually work out 5 times a week at a gym, but when this happens I can't even get the energy to get out of bed. I also get conjested in my nose and have a slight cough. The doctors have said that I have a sinus infection. Maybe due to allergies. I go through a corse of antibiotics and maybe feel good for 3 or 4 weeks, then It starts all over again. I am sick of this.

It does sound like an infection. You might also want to get checked for food allergies. I'm afraid I don't know much about them, since I was just diagnosed last week. But I was like you, very tired and achy , lots of headaches and I had bright yellow mucus, but no infection. My food allergies caused me no digestive symptoms just sinus symptoms.

I felt like that before I knew I had allergies!! It stinks!! I freaked out after I went to the allergists cause I found I had every enviromental allergy (inside and out) and I had 4 food allergies!! The doc put me through a round of predisone and other meds to help with the allergy symptoms, now I take allergy shots twice a week, and I have ultered my diet so I dont eat what I am allergic to, plus I am on Zyrteck and I feel 100% better!!!! Allergies can reak havic on your body!! Hang in there and I hope you get some answers soon!! (answers help ALOT!!)
